What data we process
Identification and contact details of brokers, agents and company representatives (name, company, role, email, telephone); information relating to the surety request and the underlying project; and technical data strictly necessary to operate this website.
Purposes & legal basis
We process your data to respond to enquiries and provide surety underwriting services (performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures); to comply with regulatory obligations applicable to a supervised insurance intermediary, including AML and sanctions screening (legal obligation); and, only with your consent, to send occasional updates.
Recipients
Data may be shared with the insurance companies on whose behalf we underwrite, our technology provider Risk Analytics, and competent supervisory and anti-money-laundering authorities — strictly for the purposes above. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or retargeting.
Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the periods required by insurance, accounting and anti-money-laundering law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing, by writing to the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
